Do I need a developer to start?
No. The portal is enough to book and follow every delivery. The API is there for when you want bookings to come straight from your own system.
What does a delivery cost?
It depends on the market, the distance and the vehicle. You always see the price before you book, broken down line by line, and it doesn’t change afterwards.
What if nobody is in?
The courier calls the customer from the app. If it still can’t be handed over, they bring it back to you, and you see why on the delivery.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, until the courier has collected it — call our operations team and it’s called off. A cancelled booking isn’t charged.
